Smile yourself to sleep!

Happy Thursday night my Happy clan!  How was everyone's day today?  Mine was quite nice!  It was long with a lot of madness that flowed through but still a very nice day!  I'm incredibly tired though and so ready for bed, but lately I have a really hard time falling asleep knowing that I haven't posted a daily happy for you all!  However, tonight is another late nighter for me so unfortunately it's another quickie Happy today.  But, a Happy is a Happy no matter what, right?  I know it is for me - I'll take a Happy any chance I can get one :)

Tonight I'd like to send you off to bed with a giant smile on your face, so tonight I'm sharing a simple quote that should most definitely help you be Happy!

This is what I try to follow on a daily basis and I think this is what you all should start doing too!  Always make sure you share your smile with the world and help put a smile on every one else's faces!!  So until tomorrow, keep smiling and spreading that love!!

A Happy Evening to You All!

Happy Wednesday night my Happy clan!  This evening I have a Happy that's pretty quick and to the point.  I wanted to just give you a little something to inspire you for your sleepy time :)  However, I know most of you are on your way to - if not already in - bed.  So, here is my simple Happy Goodnight message to you:

Keep Looking Up!

Good Morning my Happy Clan and a very Happy Wednesday to all of you!  I was sick in bed with the flu most of yesterday and I ended up passing out completely before I had a chance to write your Happy.  Which is why you are getting a morning Happy and an evening Happy today!  And I have the perfect Happy to start our day off with!

This morning's Happy is a song by the band Safetysuit.  I had never heard of this band before - but on my way to work a few days ago this played on the radio and I immediately knew it would have to be shared as a Happy!  The song is called Looking Up and the lyrics are included.

Now, go out today and have yourself a fantastic day!  Pay attention to all the good that comes your way and keep telling yourself that things are going to be okay, keep seeing the positive side of life and keep looking up!!!  Until later, keep smiling and spreading that love!!

Enjoy every part of life!

Happy Monday my Happy clan!  How is everyone doing today?  I'm fighting some flu bug so I'm laying in bed just watching movies tonight.  I'm definitely enjoying the extra rest but wish it wasn't under these circumstances that I'm getting it.  My boys are taking care of me though so I'm quite lucky :)

Even though I'm sick it makes me thankful for life because it makes me realize how precious life is.  There is so much that happens in life, yes - some bad, but mostly good!  I'm sorry - mostly great!!  You just have to stop focusing on the bad and start seeing all the good that is constantly surrounding us.  It's really quite easy.  Today's Happy is just a simple message to help remind you to keep looking at the bright side...

Keep reminding yourself that life is amazing and precious and full of wonderfulness - Just keep watching for it and stop seeing the bad and soon all you'll see is the good!  Remember, your mind is your strongest muscle - it can either be your greatest weapon or your worst enemy... Train it well!  Until tomorrow, keep smiling and spreading that love!!

Part 3 - A Happy Finale

Hello again my Happy clan!  Have we all been enjoying the 2 parts of your 3-part Happy thus far?  As promised I am back again to share the grand finale of your Happy Trilogy for the weekend!  We've had our dancing Happy, our poetic Happy and now it's time for our Happy through song!

I've shared a lot of songs with all of you in this Happy blog and I know I've repeated a song here and there, but this is a song I've never shared on here before.  However, I have a feeling I will share this one again.  It's an amazing melody with such awesomely wonderful lyrics!  It's also one of my all time favorite songs and I'm so very shocked I've never shared it before but that's probably because I was sharing it for an extra special post, and here is that post!!!  Here is, Brand New Day by Joshua Radin.

Happy - Part 2

Good Evening my Happy clan!  I hope you all are having a wonderful day!  I am working on some laundry right now, then I have to get to the dishes and setting Johnny's lunch up for tomorrow.  But, before I do that I would like to share with you Part 2 of your Curtain Call Trilogy Happy!

Part 2 is the Poetry and Language portion and I, of course, am going to be sharing a quote from As You Like It by the great William Shakespeare.  It's a very popular quote, but I think a quote that is not properly understood most of the time.  So, tonight - as you read this quote - truly read it.  Take it in and realize what it's saying...
